4. User Content and Generated Content

5. Payments and Top-Up Credits

To access certain features of the service, you may need to purchase credits, referred to as ME Coins, through our top-up system. All payments must be made in advance.

  • ME Coins that have been used, whether partially or fully, are strictly non-refundable.
  • Refund requests for unused ME Coins may be considered on a case-by-case basis, provided the request is made within 14 days of purchase, and no portion of the ME Coins has been utilized.
  • If a technical issue caused unintended deductions of ME Coins or prevented you from utilizing purchased ME Coins, you may be eligible for a refund after verification by our support team.

You agree to pay the applicable fees for ME Coins, which may vary periodically based on promotions or changes in pricing.
